I just tried to stand alone for now, but I imagine it will be like in a daw. On a macbook pro core2duo 2.66 ghz a core and a small presonus AudioBox USB, it works perfect, no lag or crash or anything. I do not know if it works on the kontakt player on the other hand. Other than that, just load a patch either drop or by searching the file browser and it works spot on! For cons I do not feel we can add it in print (with the pretty interface on the left and the browser for all patches), but I may be poorly managed. If you get a good midi controller with weighted keys you will really feel like you are at a good electric piano. It’s a great decision to purchase this if you love electric piano sounds and if you are into r n b music or just into the sounds themselves just for your personal playing. Just search around online and see how many different discounts are available from different stores. If you are currently looking for Neo soul Keys you can get a great discount on it now that it has been out for a while. So if you are using a older version of Kontakt you will need to upgrade it which isn’t a problem because the kontakt player is actually a free download you only have to pay for the sounds you purchase to use with it.

It was very easy to install and they work with a free Kontakt version of 4.2 or higher. If you are looking for great stuff for some neo soul music or even some a r and b music then you will love the soul Keys. I know many people that have been using Neo soul keys including me, for a very long time and I can say I havent heard a single complaint from anyone using it. The main purpose of this soundest is to get a very realist sound of the electric piano right ot your computer desktop.
Good thing is Kontakt Player is free to download from Native Instruments site, so all you have to do is download that and then use the Neo Sould Keys library of sound with it and you will be good to go and you will love the sounds and samples of electric pianos. The Neo Soul Keys is a library that is used with Kontakt player.
